Assistant Manager, School of Computing and Information Systems 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Student Admissions (Track-specific): Handle student admissions for postgraduate professional programme, including arranging admission interviews and admission tests, following up on offers and acceptances. Work closely with respective track director to meet admission targets. Attend to applicants’ enquiries and provide consultation relating to the MITB programme. Handle new students' onboarding. Student and Programme Administration (Track-specific): Serve as the first point of contact for students to provide guidance on course enquiries, tuition fee matters and other school administration matters. Handle student and course administration e.g., new course management, class enrolment, scholarship selection, graduation processing. Track students’ study progress to ensure smooth course completion. Work closely with track director to manage student issues such as students at risk, attendance/conduct issues, academic reviews, student dismissal, leave requests. General Administration (Programme-wide): Assist with admin tasks such as organising student gatherings, exam planning, logistics for seminars & bootcamps, taking meeting minutes. Assist with updating the MITB website with latest information, event listings, news highlights on an ad‑hoc basis. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Degree with 3–5 years of working experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. Good organisational and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tech‑savvy. Adaptable and keen to learn new skills and technologies to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape. Meticulous and resourceful, able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Independent yet collaborative. Good communication skills, enjoy meeting people and building positive relationships. Able to work beyond office hours occasionally when needed. Other Information Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply.
