About Us:
aelf is an AI Layer 1 blockchain network that leverages the robust C# programming language. It integrates AI innovations across its digital mediums, dApp ecosystem, and an AI agent framework to bring user-friendly experiences for developers and end-users.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and drive end-to-end social media strategy across X, TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and more including content planning, creative direction, design, and campaign execution.
Accelerate private domain traffic growth by activating and managing internal user funnels and communities.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of product launch campaigns: develop campaign strategy, messaging, positioning, and orchestrate influencer rollouts for maximum impact.
Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/influencers; build and nurture long-term partnerships to amplify product and brand growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors (marketing agencies, media outlets, campaign partners).
Lead full-cycle product promotion via influencer partnerships and social amplification, from pre-launch buzz to sustained post-launch growth.
Create compelling, on-brand marketing collaterals tailored for social and influencer channels fueling campaigns with content that drives engagement, reach, and shareability
Develop influencer and ambassador programs that scale with community trust and credibility.
Monitor trends, memes, and conversations in AI and Web3 to position the brand at the forefront of culture.
Analyze and report on social media campaign performance, community engagement, and KOL effectiveness; optimize strategies to consistently exceed growth KPIs.
Initiate and lead creator-led campaigns, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and UGC-driven activations to foster deep community engagement.
Experiment with emerging formats (e.g., short-form video, AI-generated assets) to discover scalable, high-impact content strategies.
Job Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or community growth roles.
Proven experience managing private domain traffic or internal user ecosystems.
Familiarity with major platforms: X, TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, YouTube.
A strong creative mindset, someone who can think of multiple ways to promote a product and isn't afraid to experiment.
Good network or past experience working with KOLs, agencies, and media platforms.
Experience launching and scaling new products (from scratch to market traction).
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Experience in the Web3, AI, or blockchain industries.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for China-facing platforms like Douyin, Xiaohongshu).
Bonus Points:
Prior experience building or scaling communities in Web3, AI, or blockchain.
Track record of viral or award-winning campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven growth strategies.
