Medical Support Associate
We are seeking a Medical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Job Summary:
- Register new and recurring patients with our medical practice.
- Manage patient payments and process end-of-day settlements for accounts.
- Perform in-house procedures such as lung function tests and skin prick allergy tests under the guidance of our medical professionals.
- Handle phone calls from patients and respond to their queries efficiently.
- Submit medical insurance claims on behalf of our patients.
- Book and confirm patients' appointments to minimize waiting times.
- Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain an efficient inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Develop strong relationships with patients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
