Responsibilities As a GI specialist, you will be the subject matter expert to share the importance of protective insurance and sound financial planning to customers through phone; and recommending suitable policies to address the needs of the individuals and their families. Conduct telemarketing calls to prompt general insurance products with clear and succinct product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers Entrench a strong brand image of Income through clear and honest sales pitch Recommend suitable policies to address customers’ needs and actively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Follow-up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations Achieve KPI of sales performance, call quality and operational standards Achieve KPI of leads clearance and talk time Work closely with Team Managers for business development and implementation of sales strategies Qualifications Have obtained a minimum of GCE 'N' Levels, 3 G.C.E ‘O’ Levels Passes or NITEC certification Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be a plus Past experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous Professional and well-spoken over the phone Good verbal communication and customer service skills to appease customers Motivated and driven when met with challenges, committed, strong-willed and persuasive in recommending suitable products Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multi-task to efficiently reply to enquiries Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
