Commercial Strategy/Deals Director – Satellite, Telecoms Or Technology Holt Executive are delighted to be partnered with a global leader within the connectivity space to support a critical Commercial Strategy/Deals Director to support our partners commercial growth across the APAC region. Our partner is seeking a dynamic, problem solving professional to shape and execute commercial strategies, pricing models and go to market approaches across the region. The Commercial Strategy/Deal Director will structure complex commercial agreements whilst navigating partner and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead regional commercial strategy, including pricing, business structures, and go-to-market plans across APAC. Identify and drive new growth opportunities, such as partnerships, alliances, and expansion into new markets or verticals. Structure and negotiate commercial deals, developing innovative and bespoke models aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, legal, and technical teams to create customer-focused solutions and ensure smooth delivery. Develop financial models and commercial analyses, including pricing strategies, business cases, and revenue forecasts. Engage with key customers and partners, presenting value propositions, shaping joint solutions, and strengthening competitive positioning in bids. Key Experience required 10+ years' experience in business development or commercial strategy within satellite, telecoms, or adjacent tech sectors Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and structuring innovative commercial arrangements Strong financial and commercial acumen, including revenue modelling and contract negotiations Excellent stakeholder management, with ability to influence and align cross-functional teams Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business case preparation Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distil complex inputs across multiple workstreams #J-18808-Ljbffr
