Freelance Dance Coach (IEC)UWC South East Asia seeks qualified candidates for the position of Freelance Dance Coach (IEC). The role reports directly to the Activities, Camps and Community Manager on East Campus and involves delivering dance programmes within the community programme. United World College South East Asia, East Campus Sports Programme, aims to discover and develop the potential in each student commensurate with age and ability across a wide range of activities. Main Responsibilities Strong ability in delivering dance programmes to students across a K–12 programme. R.A.D. Ballet experience is desirable. Provide highest teaching standards – teaching methods and material should be up-to-date, age group relevant and ability appropriate. Think creatively to provide innovative lessons/sessions that are engaging, fun and interesting. Collaborate with students, colleagues and other UWCSEA team members. Maintain a good understanding of health and safety when working with children. Person Specifications Dance qualification or an equivalent. Minimum of 3‐5 years experience. Experience in delivering dance programmes to students in a school or club environment. Well‐organized and able to work with limited supervision. Ability to collaborate with other staff members in the college. Commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of students and members of the UWCSEA community.
