What the role is: As an Executive Engineer / Engineer, (Modelling and Technology) in the Water Systems Department, Planning & Capability Development Division, you will be part of a team to lead the development of engineering models to plan and guide the design and construction of systems to enhance integrated water resource management and undertake related R&D projects. What you will be working on: Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following areas: Manage project cycle that will include project planning, contract administration (including tender calling and awarding) and supervision. Supervise field activities such as site investigations, instrumentation installation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with specification and safety standards. Perform analysis and interpretation of ground instrumentation data, prepare reports and present recommendations to management. Collaborate with internal divisions within PUB, external government agencies, academia, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful execution of project. Any other duties as assigned. What we are looking for: Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology or related fields Specialisation or relevant experience in Geotechnical Engineering would be advantageous Possess strong analytical thinking, planning and problem‐solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS applications and/or data visualisation tools.
