Job Title: APAC Markets Operations

The Wholesale Markets Middle Office requires an Analyst to ensure compliance with multiple regulations, safeguard the organization's reputation and financial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business and periodic refresh requests for Wholesale KYC, liaising with Front Office teams and facilitating the end-to-end process.
  • Act as a subject matter expert guiding clients through due diligence requirements and document variations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on client ownership structures using publicly available sources and client documentation.
  • Collaborate with Business and Clients to obtain necessary supporting evidence for full due diligence.
  • Follow up with production teams to ensure onboarding is completed within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC/Onboarding functions.
  • Proficient in AML/KYC procedures and standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
