Overview
Associate Executive, Strategic Planning and Evaluation (PHIC) – Singapore General Hospital
The Associate Executive provides administrative and secretariat support for the development and implementation of a new programme involving hospital-wide collaborations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include a wide range of administrative duties such as secretariat and logistical support for the programme, workgroups/committees/meetings, facilitating referral appointments, coordinating collaborative initiatives, preparing presentations and meeting materials, maintaining databases, organizing meetings/events, and disseminating information. The role is part of the administrative team supporting the Division of Population Health & Integrated Care.
Responsibilities
Secretariat duties and administrative support for the Programme, Division and Workgroups.
Secretarial support to Division Chairman.
Assist in exploring, coordinating and implementing activities spearheaded by the Division Chairman or Programme/Division.
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops and events.
Prepare data and information for proposals and slides for presentations and submissions.
Develop and maintain databases to track and monitor initiatives and progress.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field.
Prior experience in general administration is an advantage.
Good administrative and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task while being meticulous and organized.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels.
