As a MongoDB Developer with 7-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MongoDB database solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Your key responsibilities will include creating, optimizing, and maintaining MongoDB collections, indexes, and schemas, as well as developing efficient queries for CRUD operations and aggregations. Integration of MongoDB with backend APIs and services, monitoring and troubleshooting database performance, and ensuring data security and integrity will be essential aspects of your role.Collaboration with front-end, back-end, and DevOps teams will be crucial to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Additionally, you will be expected to create and maintain documentation related to the database structure and code to facilitate understanding and future developments.To excel in this role, you must possess strong experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design, proficiency in MongoDB query language, aggregation framework, and indexing, as well as familiarity with , Express, or other backend technologies. Knowledge of data modeling, sharding, replication, and MongoDB tools such as Mongo Compass, Mongoose, or Robo 3T will be beneficial. Understanding of REST APIs, backend integration, and version control tools like Git are also required.Preferred qualifications for this position include MongoDB certification or related training, experience with cloud-hosted databases like MongoDB Atlas or AWS DocumentDB, familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools, and past experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
