Job Description
Conduct market research and analyses to identify target audience preferences and trends in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Manage social media channels and engage with the gaming community in each of the markets.
Monitor trending topics across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Formulate and execute marketing-related initiatives based on learnings from industry best practices in a timely manner.
Plan and execute events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, or revenue.
Support the marketing team in other tasks and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of popular games in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Previous work experience in big marketing agencies is highly preferred.
Experience with local community activations or end-to-end social media strategy planning is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
