Job Description Develop and execute the product roadmap for Value-Added Services (VAS) in alignment with digital strategy goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions and enhancements. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Define product features, specifications, and requirements to meet user demands. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Prepare and present reports on product performance and key metrics. The Successful Applicant A successful Product Manager - VAS should have: A strong background in product management within the Payments industry. Experience in developing and managing digital products or services. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends. Proficiency in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills. A proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
