Meet Our Team: As a sales specialist for 1:1 Pega's Customer Decision Hub (Market leading 1:1 Customer Engagement Platform), you will report directly to the Pega sales organization but enjoy close links with the Pega CDH product segment team. The product segment team aims to accelerate Pega's growth and scale our business in specific product segments that are key to the development and success of Pega and our clients. You will be a thought leader, a true partner, and a collaborator with clients seeking to rethink how they run their businesses.What You'll Do at Pega: 1. Drive CDH Pipeline and Program Success Work with field sales reps to land large-scale CDH programs and secure a healthy pipeline of CDH opportunities. Develop strategic engagement plans for APJ CMOs and senior marketing executives to showcase the transformative impact of CDH on customer experience. Identify, engage, and align with the right CDH partners to strengthen market presence and expand the reach of Pega CDH. 2. Executive Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, particularly CMOs, to articulate CDH's value proposition and tailor solutions that meet their unique business challenges. Support and drive the sales organization's approach to customer engagements, leading key discussions and positioning Pega as the strategic choice for customer engagement and decisioning solutions. 3. Deployment Support with Business Excellence SMEs Participate in critical CDH client deployments, working closely with CDH Business Excellence SMEs to ensure successful implementations meet client expectations. As part of this role you will support our Business Excellence SME's, Consulting and Partners. Offer guidance and provide a strategic perspective on deployment best practices, customer success planning, and business impact. 4. Sales Governance and Alignment with APJ Sales Leaders Partner with APJ Sales Leaders to establish, maintain, and improve the sales governance framework across the CDH business. Regularly review sales strategies, pipeline health, and progress against targets to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Deliver insightful reporting (sales forecast) and analysis on CDH program performance, partner ecosystem effectiveness, and key market trends. Who You Are: Comfortable dealing with senior executives in marketing, retention, customer experience, (digital) channels, data and analytics, and customer value management. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior business and IT managers within large blue-chip organizations. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth growth and pressurized environment Able to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively. Able to communicate and organize up, down, and across the organization to get desired outcomes. What You've Accomplished: 8+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions to major organizations (or equivalent in a marketing services/consultancy/agency environment) Extensive knowledge of the CMO, Retention Executive, Revenue Officer, Next Best Action, predictive analytics, and real-time marketing services and products from an enterprise technology perspective. Thorough understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape , including Paid Media & Social.
