Job Title:

Chef Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Chef Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items, including meats, vegetables, fish, and other foods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Handle and store ingredients and food at the correct temperature to avoid spoilage.
  • Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed.
  • Pack and label sashimi for customer consumption.
  • Train subordinates to obtain good-quality skills and performance.
  • Welcome and bid farewell to customers in an open-concept restaurant environment.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Chef.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Training is provided to inexperienced candidates.
  • Maintain quality, excellent service, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Good personal hygiene practice.
  • A food hygiene certificate is a plus.
