As a CCTV Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and driving sales of our VIGI CCTV product range across Singapore.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans and campaigns to achieve sales targets and grow the VIGI CCTV customer base.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, including SMEs and enterprises, to drive sales of VIGI CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network of VIGI CCTV sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product gaps and refine business strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to align efforts and deliver value to prospective clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted lead generation campaigns and promotional activities that effectively promote VIGI CCTV products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and technical features of the VIGI CCTV product line.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in business development or direct sales within the CCTV or security technology industry.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results.
- Possess an existing database of relevant end customers or decision-makers in the CCTV or security industry in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, security systems, and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close deals.
Personal Qualities:
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, clients, and counterparts for business or project-related matters.
