This role focuses on promoting a Dubai Investment 1-on-1 event in Bangkok, designed for Thai investors interested in property opportunities in Dubai. The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and secure appointments by running targeted digital ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LINE. The ideal candidate will utilise the provided creative materials to craft compelling ad copy and visuals, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion among high-net-worth individuals and professionals in Thailand. A deep understanding of the Thai market and digital advertising best practices is essential, as the campaign will run intensively for 2–3 weeks leading up to the event. Deliverables Develop and execute localized digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LINE targeting Thai investors. Create engaging ad copy and adapt supplied visuals to resonate with the target audience. Optimize campaigns for lead generation, focusing on driving traffic to WhatsApp or LINE for booking appointments. Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies for optimal results, and report on key metrics. Ensure all communications and ads are culturally relevant and compliant with local advertising standards. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically lead generation for events or real estate. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LINE ad platforms, including audience targeting and budget management. Ability to create compelling ad copy in Thai and adapt visuals for local appeal. Familiarity with the Thai investment landscape and high-net-worth audience preferences. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English. Availability for a focused 2–3 week campaign period. Experience working with international brands or property investment campaigns is a plus.
