Join a dynamic lead generation agency specializing in supporting local contractors across sectors such as roofing, flooring, painting, windows, and concrete. This position is ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in Meta Ads and GoHighLevel, focused on driving high-quality leads for service-based businesses. The role is fully remote, operating on Mountain Time hours, and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of campaigns that directly impact client growth and success. Responsibilities Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns tailored for local service businesses. Build and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, including surveys, funnels, calendars, pipelines, and automations. Write compelling ad copy and test creative assets to maximize campaign performance. Oversee daily campaign performance, making data‐driven adjustments to improve lead quality and volume. Manage reporting, analyze CRM data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications 2–4+ years of hands‐on experience generating leads via Meta platforms for local service businesses (not e‐commerce). Proven expertise in building and managing GoHighLevel accounts, including automation and CRM functions. Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign setup, and optimization best practices. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work Mountain Time hours (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM) in a fully remote environment. Familiarity with UTM tracking, basic conversion rate optimization, Canva or CapCut, and Google Sheets is a plus. Detail‐oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
