What you\'ll be doing
Maintain the journal’s submission system and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Support and oversee the editorial workflow for academic research journals, from submission to publication.
Collaborate closely with editorial and production teams to streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and meet strict publication deadlines.
Edit and format scholarly articles with precision, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with journal standards.
Monitor research developments and emerging trends in the journal’s field, providing input to support the editor in achieving strategic goals.
Build and maintain strong communication with the editor-in-chief, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers to ensure smooth journal operations.
Conduct preliminary manuscript reviews, provide editorial feedback, and manage revisions to ensure submissions meet publication requirements.
Manage the journal’s presence on media platforms by publishing research updates and news to strengthen visibility and readership.
Coordinate and host academic seminars, inviting experts and scholars to discuss key topics, thereby enhancing the journal’s quality and academic influence.
What we\'re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or above, science and engineering background preferred.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience are preferred;
Familiarity with academic publishing processes and peer review systems.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, patient, efficient, and capable of handling large volumes of manuscripts while ensuring quality.
