**Job Title:** System Engineer at Tuas

As a system engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining navigational and radar systems onboard surface vessels and shore facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the superintendent to ensure the highest state of availability and readiness of systems onboard naval platforms.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on navigational and radar systems onboard vessels, workshops, and shipyards.
  • Troubleshoot defects in navigational and radar systems.
  • Install and remove equipment and systems.
  • Refurbish electronics units and assemblies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge of engineering, IT, or equivalent fields.
  • Experience with navigational, radar, and networking systems.
  • Naval-related maintenance or training certifications are advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge and experience working on commercial and military vessels.
  • Ability to adapt to changes well.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Comfortable with heights and working onboard naval platforms.
