Who are we looking for?We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in compliance, corporate secretarial, contract management, or paralegal work to support our clients on a project, interim, or ongoing basis. This role offers exposure to a wide range of industries and legal functions, working alongside in-house legal and business teams to deliver high-quality, practical support. Key Responsibilities Compliance: Prepare and monitor compliance programs, policies, and internal controls; conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory filings as required; assist with AML/KYC documentation, sanctions checks, and data privacy compliance. Corporate Secretarial: Prepare and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and filings in accordance with corporate governance requirements; coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes; liaise with regulators, corporate service providers, and external advisors. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and supplier contracts; maintain contract databases and ensure timely renewals and compliance with contract terms; support implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes. Paralegal Support: Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and support document management; assist in due diligence exercises, litigation support, or transaction coordination as needed; collaborate with legal counsel and business stakeholders to provide operational support. Requirements Diploma or degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline. 2–10+ years of experience in compliance, corporate secretarial, contract management, or paralegal/legal support. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
