Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, order summaries, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and drivers for timely order arrangements.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding accounts.
- Handle supplier invoices, bill payments, and maintain proper office records.
- Provide professional customer service through calls and inquiries.
- Assist with general office tasks such as packing stationery and arranging uniforms.
- Ensure office tidiness, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Able to work well in a team
- Good communication skills
