**Responsibilities**:
Handle operation-related documents and daily administrative tasks.
Prepare quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices accurately and promptly.
Process customer orders and ensure smooth order processing.
Coordinate with customers to confirm booking details.
Maintain and update periodic reports as required.
Plan delivery schedules and keep customers informed of order status.
Collaborate with brand managers to monitor stock availability.
Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements**:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office
Relevant experiences will be advantage
