As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless translation of requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support testing activities by developing test cases, conducting UAT, and coordinating with users for validation.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

A successful Junior Business Analyst will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
