Role Description This is a full‐time role for a Processing Officer located in Singapore. The Processing Officer will be responsible for handling and processing documentation, liaising with clients, managing client records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Day‐to‐day tasks include verifying and reviewing documents, coordinating with internal teams, and providing support to clients throughout the application process. Qualifications Continuously ensure compliance with approved internal procedures and guidelines for internal communication, file management, step‐by‐step program guides, data management, and file classification. Process client files under the direct supervision of the line manager, consistently following internal guidelines, including the company’s KYC policy and file review policy. Foster effective collaboration with local program offices under the direct supervision of the line manager to ensure seamless file processing and client interactions. Maintain an up‐to‐date understanding of program‐related documents, actively participating in regular updates in coordination with the Head of Processing and local program offices. Provide real‐time and precise information updates to relationship managers and file analysts, ensuring fluid team communication. Exhibit proficiency in processing files promptly, adhering to timelines as assigned by the direct line manager, thus optimizing operational efficiency. Thoroughly manage and update records of clients, both in physical and electronic formats, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Responsively address inquiries and notifications within 24 hours of receipt, and in cases where comprehensive responses exceed this timeframe, promptly acknowledge the inquiry and diligently follow up.
