Overview Job Title: Quality Technician (Day shift)Location: Tuas Department: Alkaline Value Stream What You’ll Do Take ownership of daily quality issues and deviations on the production floor Investigate process and material problems to prevent recurring issues Track, review, and report daily production scrap data Maintain accurate documentation, including updating specifications and procedures Assist in trials, improvement projects, and audits by collecting relevant data and samples Train new operators on quality procedures (on-the-job training)Who We’re Looking For Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome Competencies: Problem-solving ability, basic troubleshooting skills, clear communication Working Conditions 12-hour shifts; occasional night shifts as required Choose your work days: 5- or 6-day week Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM What We Offer Max gross earnings with OT: Up to $3,500+ per month (depending on experience and commitment)Basic salary: $2,500 – $2,600Daily shift allowance: $10 – $20Annual bonus: 13th-month pay + up to 2 months’ performance bonus Free shuttle bus from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT stations 11 days annual leave Clear growth path to advance your career in quality and production EA Personnel R Tan Eng Kang EA License 21C0430 A Dreamworks Company Pte Ltd #J-18808-Ljbffr
