Job Overview EPS Consultants Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator (Executive level) to support the Sales & Marketing Department of a leading container leasing and logistics client. Pay Range Base pay: SGD42,000 – SGD48,000 per annum. Pay range is provided by EPS Consultants Singapore; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Role Summary This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, and serving as the key support backbone for both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and responsive customer service to local and regional clients. Attend to all container lease enquiries promptly and follow up on open bookings to ensure timely pick‐up. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure all customer paperwork is accurate and up to date (credit applications, contract documentation, insurance, etc.). Follow up on payments and issue statements of accounts to customers. Prepare month‐end Marketing & Collections reports. Handle marketing administration tasks such as preparing inventory reports, tracking customer press releases, and supporting marketing offers and presentations. Support the development of new regional leasing opportunities while managing daily office administration tasks. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, sales support or marketing support function. Applicants from prior container leasing or logistics industry will be a great advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable preparing reports and presentations. Benefits 5‐day work week.
