Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will oversee Building Information Modelling processes and coordination across projects, working closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables while supporting digital construction initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless BIM integration.
  • Oversee 3D model creation, clash detection, and model coordination throughout the project lifecycle successfully.
  • Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards consistently.
  • Support design reviews, constructability analysis, and client presentations efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes effectively.
  • Monitor BIM progress and provide regular updates to project management accurately.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study.
  • Experience in a main contractor environment, preferably in Building projects with demonstrated success.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
