Responsibilities & Tasks Assist in identifying and cultivating potential global DSP (Demand‐Side Platform) and SSP (Supply‐Side Platform) partnerships via online and offline channels, supporting the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Learn to analyze client needs and market trends in the programmatic advertising industry, collect and organize actionable information to provide basic support for business expansion. Support the end‐to‐end contract execution and settlement processes with upstream and downstream partners, ensuring smooth collaboration under team guidance. Qualifications Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (2024‐2025 graduates are welcome). Outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated—passionate about the digital advertising or programmatic industry, with a willingness to learn and explore new business areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Team player with strong adaptability, capable of working proactively in a fast‐paced and dynamic work environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in local languages of the target location, understanding Chinese is a plus.
