We are looking for detail-oriented and quick-learning individuals to join our Operations department, providing vital support to our Car Loans Sales team.

Core Responsibilities:
You will undergo progressive training in motor loans disbursement processing. The key products you will handle include floor stock, hire purchase, and in-house loans. As a crucial checkpoint in the workflow, you will be expected to demonstrate strong teamwork and attention to detail. You will report to the Deputy General Manager.
- Verification of supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with the regulatory and banks' requirements
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure there are no pending, aged cases
- Assist to notify and follow-up with external parties (banks, customers etc.) on outstanding cases
