Role Regional Sales Manager - Software (Software Monetization) – responsibilities include driving incremental revenue and achieving sales quota in South Asia, A&Z and India; managing direct, indirect sales and local partners; developing and executing sales strategies for new and assigned accounts; proactively participating in C-level meetings with key customers; focusing on selling into larger or more complex organizations; coordinating with Marketing, SE, BD and PM to identify opportunities and expand existing accounts; representing the software monetization business at tradeshows, conferences, workshops, and key accounts seminars; presenting the company and solutions’ value to customers and prospects and feeding market feedback to sales and product management to maintain competitiveness. Responsibilities Co-work with Field Marketing, SE, PM and BD in regional events and activities. Drive achievement of sales objectives including sales volume, channel development and management, new business development and management of existing revenue streams. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams. Ensure that sales goals and forecasts are aligned with the organization’s long-range strategic objectives. Regularly visit key existing partners/customers and actively participate in recruiting key new partners. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT is preferred. Working Experience : 8–10 years of relevant experience in business and sales roles within the software industry; experience in a global company and regional responsibility is preferred; must be business-minded, customer-oriented, an excellent communicator, a good negotiator, and a strong team player. Technical Skills : Proficiency with PCs and various software applications; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AI-generated content apps is beneficial. Personnel Skills : Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving abilities; strong presentation skills; motivational and influential in a team setting. Language : Fluent English (oral and written); Chinese language skills are preferred.
