Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Contract administrative is responsible for below activities:
Customer order booking
Placing order to factories
Arrange shipping and related logistics
Billing and payment follow-up
The position
needs
extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer-facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and company.
Exchanges technical information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
Accounting Diploma or related qualification
Good proficiency in MS Office
Experience in working with SAP
Prior experience in handling order management, shipping, and logistics
Experience in large organizations with customers in the East Asia region
