About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at People Profilers. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking tender and contract administration of the contract agreement, ensuring compliance with government procurement procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tender interviews, seek clarifications, and prepare tender evaluation/recommendation reports
- Administer term contracts by ensuring contracts are performed in accordance with terms and conditions
- Provide contracts administrative support and tender document preparation to the department
- Analyse tender results and submit evaluation reports
- Compile and verify invoices/interim payments to ensure accuracy in purchase orders/certifications
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Services, Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Proven experience in contracts management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
