Job Description The successful candidate will be part of SIA's Cargo Division, focusing on Cargo Hub Operations & ULD Management. Key Responsibilities Overall in-charge of the shift and decision maker for Cargo Hub Operations during the shift. Supervise and monitor aircraft rotation, disruption, and cargo operations to ensure compliance with airline requirements and company procedures. Manage and track freighter aircraft movements system-wide, following up with stations on late inbound arrivals (>1.5 hours). Handle flight cancellations, re-routing, re-scheduling, and diversions. Approve flight delays related to commercial, operational, technical, or other issues. Monitor charters, extra flights, or relief flights. Coordinate with stations for Delay Occurrence Reports (DOR) and ensure proper explanation of delays. Manage freighter-related crises until the Crisis Management Centre (CMC) is operational. Monitor GHA performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). Plan and deploy staff, equipment, and resources effectively. Liaise with Ground Handling Agent (GHA) staff on various flight handling operations. Ensure proper handling of special cargoes and sensitive shipments. Follow up on irregularities reported and coordinate charter operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a university. Safety, operations focus, and service orientation. Experience in cargo operations, weight & balance, or customer handling preferred. System knowledge and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, RX, etc.); driving license is a plus.
