**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence in the SIN Cargo Hub. Workstreams may include:

- Review and re-design the end-to-end cargo handling process, including the critical touch points of cargo handling such as cargo lodge-in to warehouse, cargo build-up and cargo loading into aircraft; and
- Drive new technology adoption and automation to strengthen SIN Hub resilience and improve customer service level

2. Work with stakeholders to develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance the day-to-day cargo business activities. Initiatives may include:

- Automated cargo loading assessment to enable real-time computation of cargo space requirements; and
- Automated cargo re-booking to enable real-time confirmation of cargo re-bookings and help reduce the reliance on manual re-bookings

3. Design and develop new analytics and simulation studies that will provide key insights to optimising cargo business activities

4. Work with business units in Cargo Planning & Development to formulate a progressive and competency-based cargo learning curriculum focused on flight planning, space management and product & solutions development

5. Design and implement process & system solutions to support the growth of cargo verticals such as Healthcare, Live Animals, Aerospace and others
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university
- Experience in air cargo business and project management
- Preferred experience and training in IT, data analytics, design thinking, simulation studies and Agile methodology
- A technology-savvy team player with a go-getter, outcome-driven and collaborative mindset
- Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent work ethics, rational, resourceful, able to multi-task and influence desired outcomes
