Strategic Planning Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Planning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of short-term and long-term plans for our EV charging ecosystem and electrical infrastructure upgrades.

About the Role

  • Conduct planning studies and develop strategic roadmaps to drive and optimize deployment of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical infrastructure upgrades, including strategies for future scaling up scope, schedule, and analyzing impact on relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and research technology innovations and disruptors which may improve efficacy or cause infrastructure obsolescence, and develop technological roadmaps to guide our future strategies.
  • Identify gaps in customer service journeys, develop plans to improve lot optimization, customer experience touchpoints, and interoperability of charging networks.

The Job Scope Includes:

  • Conceptualizing strategic planning initiatives with implementable timelines and follow-ups.
  • Developing and tracking workplans and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Researching and monitoring EV charging technology and trends, assessing applications and scalability, developing frameworks to trial new technologies.
  • Working with the Business Development team in implementation and operationalization of initiatives.
  • Generating new insights to improve customer experience and work processes.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development/Analysis, or relevant job experience in EV/EV charging industry preferred.
  • Keen interest in urban planning and sustainability works, especially EV and its charging infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to multi-task.
