Strategic Planning Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Planner. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing short-term and long-term plans for our EV charging ecosystem and electrical infrastructure upgrades.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct planning studies and develop strategic roadmaps to drive and optimize electric vehicle charging system deployment and electrical infrastructure upgrades.
  • Monitor and research technology innovations and disruptors that improve efficacy or cause infrastructure obsolescence, and develop technological roadmaps to guide future strategies.
  • Identify gaps in customer service journeys, develop plans to improve lot optimization, customer experience touchpoints, and interoperability of our charging network.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that aim to shape the future of urban mobility. You will be responsible for conceptualizing strategic planning initiatives with implementable timelines and follow-ups, developing and tracking workplans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to multi-task.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development/Analysis, with a preference for relevant job experience in the EV/EV charging industry.
