Job Overview:
This role involves supporting administrative tasks, ensuring seamless student trip planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Uploading of student lists onto the portal for application and providing updates on status.
  • Reviewing and verifying documents, performing data entry, contacting students, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Tabulating available funding against estimated expenses to facilitate pre-trip fee collection from students.
  • Requesting quotations for airfare, accommodation, and other travel-related expenses.
  • Purchasing student travel insurance for overseas trips.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above (with no experience required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and IT literacy.
Benefits:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Fridays: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Contract Period: 6 Months

Salary: S$2500/month
