Job Description:

As a chemist or assistant chemist, your primary responsibility will be to perform complex chemical tests using advanced instruments such as UV-VIS spectrometers, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES), Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Your tasks will include conducting thorough testing of samples, ensuring timely delivery of results to customers, maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of laboratory equipment, calibrating instruments when necessary, preparing reagents, and performing yearly assessments.

On a daily basis, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for various tasks including performing test runs , carrying out sample testing , maintaining equipment , calibrating instruments , preparing reagents and ensuring compliance with quality control standards .
