Tech lead

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our Private Banking Technology team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure environments that power our Private Banking operations, with a focus on Temenos WealthSuite (Triple'A) platform administration and DevOps excellence. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will ensure the stability, performance, and availability of our Private Banking systems across all environments while driving automation and operational efficiency aligned with our standards. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Operations & Support Provide production support for Private Banking infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability and performance Manage infrastructure-related tasks including system upgrades, restarts, deployments, and troubleshooting across development, test, and production environments Respond to and resolve technical issues and service requests from project teams in a timely manner Collaborate with vendors to ensure swift resolution of complex technical challenges DevOps & Automation Maintain and enhance the DevOps setup for Private Banking projects in alignment with UOB standards Automate operational tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using industry-standard tools Environment Management Analyze project requirements and coordinate planning and provisioning of infrastructure environments tailored to Private Banking needs Perform installation, deployment, and configuration of applications and software Provide ongoing BAU (Business-As-Usual) support for all Private Banking environments Monitoring & Performance Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure stability, performance, and observability of Private Banking environments Set up and maintain Geneos monitoring dashboards for proactive issue detection Perform Oracle database performance tuning and optimization Required Qualifications Essential Experience (Minimum 7 years)Temenos WealthSuite (Triple'A)- Hands-on product administration and support experience Middleware Administration - WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, or IBM MQ Oracle Database - Database administration and performance tuning Linux/Unix - System administration and shell scripting DevOps Tools - Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon Job Scheduling - Control-M setup and monitoring Monitoring Tools - Geneos dashboard configuration and management Technical Skills Required Core Banking Platform: Temenos WealthSuite (Triple'A)Middleware: Red Hat JBoss, IBM MQ, IBM Connect:Direct, Apache Kafka DevOps: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon Databases: Oracle, Sybase Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, IBM AIX Scheduler: Control-M Monitoring: Geneos, Splunk Service Management: JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, ServiceNow Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Linux server administration and system architecture Strong understanding of Oracle database administration principles and best practices Experience with Aldon or similar configuration management tools Ability to document technical architecture using server and network diagrams Comprehensive understanding of Development/SIT/UAT/Production environment requirements and promotion processes Good grasp of networking concepts and common infrastructure issues Familiarity with ITSM processes and service management frameworks Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Professional certifications (e.g., Oracle DBA, Red Hat Certified Engineer, middleware certifications)What We're Looking For Technical Competencies Deep expertise in Temenos WealthSuite platform administration Strong middleware and application server management skills Solid database administration and performance optimization capabilities Proficiency in automation and scripting for operational efficiency Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools Professional Attributes Excellent communication skills - able to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders Strong interpersonal abilities - collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors Multitasking capability - thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Problem-solving mindset - analytical approach to complex infrastructure challenges Service-oriented attitude - commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality support #J-18808-Ljbffr
