Overview KPMG is implementing the KPMG Delivery Network for Audit (KDN Audit) to standardize and centralize audit services across global, regional, and specialty delivery centers. The KDN Audit model enhances audit quality, operational excellence, and client consistency while enabling rapid deployment of innovations such as ESG and audit technology. Responsibilities Lead the onboarding of member firms to KDN for Audit, advertising KDN capabilities to the regional network and establishing relationships with member firm Audit Senior Managers. Manage the onboarding process and engage KDN for Audit resources throughout engagement. Maintain relationships with onboarded member firms, collaborating with country KDN Champions to expand adoption of KDN services and new service offerings. Manage demand capacity requirements, work with Delivery Centre teams to ensure delivery capacity, and respond to member firm requests. Resolve service delivery issues flagged by member firms and proactively advise member firm Audit Senior Managers on leveraging KDN for Audit to support their business and people. Qualifications Accounting related degree and/or a professional qualification from a recognized accountancy body. Experience in Senior Audit Quality Management, Internal Audit, IT Audit, ISO 27001 and/or strong experience leading and providing financial statement audit services or similar assurance services. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams. Familiarity with global service delivery models and experience in managing delivery centre risk management and quality is preferred. Experience in developing positive client relationships and project proposals. Exemplary executive written and oral communication skills. Great organizational and project management skills. Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules. Ability to travel internationally as required.
