Together with a core team of Professional Practice professionals, you will be:
- Developing and presenting trainings to update audit teams working on engagements involving PCAOB auditing standards, US GAAS, US GAAP, SOX 404b and/or SEC matters
**We are looking for dynamic individuals**:
- **With at least 8 years of auditing experience, including taking on a leading managerial role in a public accounting firm conducting audits and quarterly reviews under PCAOB and US GAAS standards. Experience working directly with SEC registrants is advantageous.**:
- **Who possess strong technical knowledge of ICOFR requirements, IFRSs and SEC financial reporting issues**:
- **Who possess a keen problem solving mindset**:
- **Who are self-motivated and are able to work independently with mínimal supervision**:
- **With the ability to deliver quality presentations and present excellent written deliverables**:
- **Who possess strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team, including providing direction and support to team members**:
- **Who are excellent communicators and influencers, with the ability to establish credibility and positive relationships at all levels in the firm**:
- **Who possess stamina and perseverance in driving audit quality**:
- **a recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as CA Singapore or an equivalent.**:
- **a US CPA is advantageous
