SMT Operator Position

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced SMT operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surface mount technology and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set up and operate solder paste, stencil, and screen printer machines.
  • Load components into pick and place machines and ensure accurate operation.
  • Reflow oven operation and manual soldering of electronic parts with precision.
  • Perform testing and visual inspections according to established procedures.
  • Maintain production standards and follow guidelines for manufacturing processes.
  • Work collaboratively on the production line to meet productivity targets.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor on duty.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SMT production processes and techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with reflow ovens and soldering equipment.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
