Job Title: SMT Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMT specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various equipment, including solder paste machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens. They will also be required to load components into pick and place machines, perform manual soldering of electronic parts, and conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities include following production guidelines, meeting production targets, and reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to perform other tasks as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical analysis skills, experience with soldering and electrical work, and proficiency in ISO procedures. They should also have excellent productivity improvement skills, as well as experience with public transport and visual inspection.
