Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.**Job Responsibilities and Tasks*** Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers focused on manufacturing operations.* Develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions to monitor, predict, and improve manufacturing performance.* Establish an effective collaboration framework with planning and manufacturing teams to identify key opportunities, metrics and solutions towards improvement of operation efficiency.* Drive initiatives for data quality, governance, and integration across OI reports and applications.* Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.* Implement machine learning and statistical models to support yield improvement, defect reduction, and predictive maintenance.* Manage data infrastructure projects in collaboration with IT and automation teams.* Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal data security protocols.* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities. **Requirements*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.* Minimum of **5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations**, preferably in a data and analytics role.* Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and manufacturing KPIs.* Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.* Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.* Familiarity with MES and other key systems used in Front-End semiconductor manufacturing.**About Micron Technology, Inc.**We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life *for all*.
