Ability to work independently, work towards targets, and deliver success within a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of the hotel industry, encompassing GDSs, Channel Managers, and negotiation strategies with major hotel chains. A thorough understanding of the TMC market and client needs in the travel/hospitality industry/Hotel groups. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the geographical region and familiarity with various methods of contracting with suppliers. Proven ability to build up high performing, high achieving teams. At least 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
