About the job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of engaging with customers, understanding their business needs, and designing innovative solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work closely with our sales teams, software engineers, data architects, application developers, and data scientists to deliver robust and scalable solutions that help our customers achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to conduct business and technical discovery sessions with customers.
Design innovative solutions, architectures, and use cases to help customers meet their objectives.
Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements, identifying critical dependencies and gaps.
Present proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling manner.
Collaborate with software engineers, data architects, application developers, and data scientists to plan end-to-end solutions.
Engage hands-on with customers to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate time tracking and meet billable targets.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and customers.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the highest quality of service.
Requirement and Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe products.
Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong presentation and communication skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Adobe Certified Expert (preferred but not mandatory).
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR).
