Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Production Team Lead, Battery & Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Tuas (Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

Salary: $2,700 – $3,900 gross/month (depending on workdays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operators.
  • Assign tasks and ensure smooth shift handovers.
  • Monitor production processes to meet daily targets and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols (PPE usage, hazardous material handling).
  • Conduct quality checks and report any defects or deviations.
  • Investigate and document incidents or near-misses.
  • Train new operators on machinery, production processes, and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing (battery/electronics preferred).
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a production team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and occasional overtime.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards; familiarity with 5S, ISO, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

What We Offer

  • Gross salary: $2,700 – $3,900 (depending on work schedule).
  • Basic salary: $2,500 – $2,800 (for 4-day workweek).
  • Allowances: Shift ($8/day day / $18/day night), Extra Bonus ($3/day), Transport ($4/day).
  • Performance bonus: 1–2 months, plus 13th-month salary.
