Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist – Voice Based Qualification Required: Adhere to established processes to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Achieve first-call resolution by effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide remote support to customer in the US. Handle inbound calls from customers. Resolve issue and properly communicate to customers using available channels: emails, phone calls, etc. Redirect calls to specialist support if required. Resolve tickets and assigned tasks within stipulated SLAs. Use knowledge bases effectively to resolve tickets. Technical Expertise: Prior experience in a technical call center. Required Skills: Clear written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level). Proven skills and competency in providing professional phone support. Ability to communicate with empathy and build rapport with customers. Strong aptitude and interest in developing in-depth product knowledge at a specialist level.
