
Guest Services Professional

We are seeking a hospitality professional to join our team as a Senior Guest Service Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide exceptional service to guests, responding efficiently and tactfully to their complaints, requests, and enquiries.
- Liaise closely with the Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier teams on guest arrivals and departures, establishing contacts with house guests and long-staying guests as needed.
- Making courtesy calls to guests and maintaining stock of promotional materials for daily operations are essential parts of this role.
- Evaluate and ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transport, and general enquiries.
Requirements:
- An O-Level or equivalent qualification is required.
- The ideal candidate should be willing to perform rotating shifts and travel to Sentosa.
- A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Prior experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but not essential.
