Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to ensure both proactive risk mitigation and strategic alignment. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer trust, and overall compliance culture within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field. Experience in a dual-capacity role involving business development and compliance, or in both fields individually. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare or insurance preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think commercially while maintaining a high standard of integrity and risk awareness. Organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
